Since all the products offered by us are of well established Brands therefore we do not offer returns. However, if the product is damaged on arrival, you can claim a refund.
Claim will only be processed if the FOLLOWING CONDITIONS are met:
The return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
You have to record an unboxing video of the package when opening it.
All the sides of the packaging should be clearly displayed in the video.
The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video itself clearly showing the AWB number and order ID.
The video has to be recorded in one stretch, clearly showing all actions. Any edited videos, with cuts in between, will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (generally 5-7 days).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@venuselectricalstore.com with your order ID.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We replace items ONLY if they are damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@venuselectricalstore.com . Please note that any items sent to us without us issuing a reverse pickup reciept will not be accepted under any conditions.The reverse shipping charges as well as the exhcanged product shipping charges will be borne by you.
Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail us at support@venuselectricalstore.com with all the details and the unboxing video along with the pictures of the part which was damaged.
We will issue a return shipping slip after recieving the return shipping fee that will be applicable for your order which you will have to stick on the product packaging. Our delivery partner will pick up the product from your address and we will be issuing the refund once the product reaches us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
